Mobile Gourmet: Businesses Must Set Up Secure App Management

August 8th, 2011 by Jason Wong

Mobile Gourmet, Jason Wong, in his blog post on Appolicious, Yahoo’s mobile-app Web site, writes about the importance of mobile app management for mobile business professionals. Citing that, “According to Forrester analysts, five years from now, almost half of U.S. workers – about sixty-three million people – will work virtually, and so effective, secure business applications will increasingly become important to all of us,” Jason makes a case for enterprise management solutions that can bypass the app store.

A good read, that underlines the value of Antenna’s Volt, which equips enterprises with a way to control apps in the workforce by allowing users to not only separate personal and work apps on their devices, but also by allowing companies to manage, secure and publish those apps.
